本研究室成立於 2008 年 8 月,主要研究內容包含發展高頻超音波影像硬體與軟體系統、高頻超音波都卜勒血流量測技術、新型超音波彈性影像技術、高頻超音波組織特性化與血液流變特性偵測等。跨領域整合電機工程與醫學診斷,期望能提供新世代醫療診斷裝置, 彌補現有醫用超音波影像技術的不足。結合高頻超音波成像與高解析度超音波彈性影像技術之功能性超音波顯微影像,將有助於人體臨床與小動物臨床前組織特性偵測,對於基因研究、腫瘤研究、眼科診斷、皮膚與心血管疾病偵測提供完整的非侵入式診療解決方案。
The Medical Ultrasound Imaging Laboratory was established in August 2008. The main research fields include developments of both hardware and software for high frequency ultrasound imaging systems, high frequency ultrasound Doppler technology for blood flow measurement, novel ultrasound elastography technology, high frequency ultrasonic tissue characterization, and ultrasonic blood rheological characterization. We hope to provide the new generation medical diagnostic devices for compensating the deficiencies of existing medical ultrasound imaging technology by m ultidisciplinary integration of electrical engineering and medical diagnosis. The novel functional ultrasound bio-microscopy, combined with high frequency ultrasound duplex imaging and high resolution ultrasound elastography technology, which will be useful for tissue characteristics of human in clinical and small animal in pre-clinical. All research fields provide the complete non-invasive solutions for gene research, cancer study, ophthalmology, skin, and cardiovascular disease diagnosis.
